3.3 Analytics Cookies (Optional - Planned)

Status: Not yet implemented. When activated, we will use Google Analytics with IP anonymization and provide opt-out options.

3.4 Marketing Cookies (Optional - Planned)

• Retarget ads to users who visited our site
• Measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns

We use browser local storage to save non-sensitive data like theme preferences and temporary form data. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly submit it.

4.2 Server Logs

Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs technical information about requests to our servers:

• IP addresses (anonymized after 30 days)
• Request timestamps and response times
• Error codes and debugging information

These logs are retained for 90 days for security and troubleshooting purposes.

4.3 Third-Party Embeds

When you connect social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), those platforms may set their own cookies. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies:

5. How to Control Cookies

6. Data Retention & Deletion

6.1 Cookie Expiration

• Session Cookies: Deleted when you close your browser
• Authentication Cookies: Expire after 7 days of inactivity
• Preference Cookies: Retained for 1 year
• Analytics Cookies (when implemented): Expire after 2 years

6.2 User Data Retention

For information about how long we retain your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6.3 Right to Deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at contact@agencymo.uk. We will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records).

7. Security of Cookie Data

We implement security measures to protect cookie data:

• Secure Transmission: Cookies are transmitted over HTTPS with Secure flag
• HttpOnly Flag: Authentication cookies cannot be accessed by JavaScript to prevent XSS attacks
• SameSite Attribute: Protects against CSRF attacks
• Regular Rotation: Session tokens are regularly rotated for security
